Submit an Open Records Request?
The City of Pendergrass is dedicated to complying with the Georgia Open Records Act (O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70 et seq.)
All Open Records Requests should be submitted to the City Clerk, Renee Martinez. She can be contacted by email at reneejmartinez@cityofpendergrass.net, in person at 75 Glenn Gee Rd, Pendergrass, GA 30567, via mail at PO Box 95, Pendergrass, GA 30567, or via phone at 706-693-2494. Her regular working hours are Monday – Friday 9a-5p.
In order to ensure the best possible service, we prefer written requests to help us fully comply with your submittal, but this is not a requirement.
